At Written in the Stars Events, we know that each of our couples have unique needs, and no two weddings are ever the same. Because of that, each of our wedding packages are tailored specifically to the individual needs of our clients and will be customized to give you and your soon- to- be spouse exactly what you are looking for to help execute your dream day. With that in mind, all of our packages include the following:
- Two face to face (or virtual) meetings to go over planning & logistics
- One site visit to the venue and ceremony location(s)
- Personalized check-ins throughout the planning process
- Confirmation and coordination of contracted services with all vendors
- Timeline creation
- Direct and/or attend the rehearsal
- Distribute wedding VIP timelines at rehearsal
- Two (2) Planners on site for Wedding Day
- Coordinate all ceremony activities (processional, recessional, program distribution, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities (introductions, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
- Set up/ assist with ceremony and reception details
- Supervise all vendor arrivals and deliveries
- Trouble shoot when needed
Our Coordination Package (sometimes known as “day-of” or “month-of” coordination) is the perfect fit for our couples who are excited to plan their ideal day and would like to have an expert join in 2-3 months before the big day to help finalize and pull together all the little details. This package is the best of both worlds (you plan, we coordinate) and allows our couples to enjoy their big day- stress free- knowing that the experts are there to make sure everything goes just as planned.
Our Full Planning Package is the perfect fit for our couples who want our expertise throughout the entire planning process from venue/ vendor selection to overall design and coordination throughout the wedding day. This package allows our couples to collaborate with an expert from the very beginning to make your dream day become reality!
Package pricing is determined by each client’s needs, required travel, and wedding size and will be discussed during our initial consultation. We also offer add-on services such as budget construction and analysis, invitation management + RSVP tracking, full event design, and assistance with all of the little details which can be added-on to any planning package. We can even assist with the planning of all of your pre and post wedding events like the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, after parties, and day after brunches. Coordination Packages begin at $2,000 and Full Planning Packages begin at $5,500.
